Executive Director

Giles Lemmens (he/him/his) stepped back in as Executive Director in Fall 2025. He previously held the role of Executive Director from August 2022 to December 2023 and has been worked with the organization in various capacities since 2019, including General Manager, Operations Director, and Bookkeeper.

Giles is a full time Senior Finance Consultant with Arts FMS, a firm specializing in helping arts nonprofits with their financial management. He has held Finance Director roles with Music Will, Chicago Arts Partnerships in Education, and Remy Bumppo Theatre Company, in addition to working as an independent consultant for over 10 nonprofits in the Chicago area.
