Interim Executive Director

Giles Lemmens (he/him/his) is stepping back in as Interim Executive Director for Fall 2025 while the organization conducts a full search for a new permanent staff member. He previously held the role of Executive Director from August 2022 to December 2023 and has been worked with the organization in various capacities since 2019, including General Manager, Operations Director, and Bookkeeper.

Giles is the full time Director of Finance at Music Will, the largest music education nonprofit in the US public school system. He also is a financial consultant for multiple Chicago-area arts and social service nonprofits.
